Jandro (footballer)
Alejandro Castro Fernández (born 27 February 1979 in Mieres, Asturias), known as Jandro, is a Spanish footballer who plays for Huracán Valencia CF as an attacking midfielder.
==Football career==
A product of Valencia CF's youth system, Jandro played thrice for the first team in a three-year span (with a stint at CD Numancia in between, where he did not appear. After helping Celta regain its top flight status in 2005, scoring 12 league goals, Jandro moved to Deportivo Alavés also in the top division,〔(Llegan fichajes bonitos y baratos (Pretty and cheap signings arrive) ); El Mundo Deportivo, 12 July 2005 〕 being immediately relegated. In the 2007 summer he signed with Gimnàstic de Tarragona〔(Jandro ya puede vestir de grana (Jandro can wear his ''grana'' shirt) ); El Mundo Deportivo, 8 August 2007 〕 and, after two second level seasons with the Catalans, as first-choice, continued in the category as he signed with Elche CF on a two-year link.
